When you place an order, shipping  cost and arrival date will be estimated based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select at checkout. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may only appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights of packages are rounded up to the next full pound.

Vector Projectile Systems may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned sealed, in ‘new’, ‘unused’, and ‘salable’ condition within 7 days of purchase. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from Vector Projectile Systems via a RMA number to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance. In the event that Vector Projectile Systems approves the return you will be responsible for all shipping charges including the cost of return shipping. Shipping charges are non refundable. when returning items we recommend using trackable shipping services or purchasing additional shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive any returned items with out delivery confirmation.
